Thank you for shopping with Dscountpoint. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights under UK law and how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased through https://dscountpoint.com (“the Site”).
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:
You must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
You then have another 14 days to return the item to us.
Once the item is returned, we will issue a refund (excluding any applicable delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
All tags, accessories, and manuals must be included.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
We cannot accept returns for:
Personal care items, hygiene products, or undergarments (for health and safety reasons)
Gift cards or downloadable digital products
Items damaged or altered after delivery
Clearance or “final sale” items clearly marked as non-returnable
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dscountpoint.com with:

Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, depending on your preference and stock availability.
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@dscountpoint.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our customer service team will provide the return address and instructions.
Package the item securely and send it back using a tracked postal service.
Please note:
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return is processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your payment provider before contacting us again.
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, colour, or model, please request a refund and place a new order.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@dscountpoint.com.
We will investigate with our delivery partners and offer a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
For international customers, return policies may vary depending on shipping destination.
Customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
